Dortheadine Mae Moore, 93, of Paris, and formerly of Kansas, passed away at 5 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 22, 2017, at Paris Healthcare Center. She was retired after more than 20 years with the former U.O. Colson Company.
Services celebrating her life are 1 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 26, at Templeton Funeral Home. Burial follows in Fairview cemetery, east of Kansas. Visitation is from noon until service time Thursday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Moore was born April 12, 1923, at Kansas, the daughter of the late Rholand and Mae Bennett Fitzpatrick. She married Herman V. Moore June 21, 1942, at Pleasant Hill Christian Church, in rural Kansas and he preceded her in death June 16, 2003.
Survivors include several cousins and an extended family of good friends. She was preceded in death by a sister, Geraldine Ingram.
Mrs. Moore was a member of the First Christian Church of Paris (Disciples of Christ) and was a 20-year club member of the former U.O. Colson Company of Paris.
