
Bonnie Good Brown Neal, 89, of Paris, passed away at 2:39 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 14, 2018, at Paris Community Hospital. She was formerly employed at Meco, Zenith Corporation, Colsons, Godding Shoe Factory and was a lifelong caregiver.
The funeral service is 10 a.m. Monday, Feb. 19, at Stewart and Carroll Funeral Home, with Pastor David Laborde officiating. Burial follows in Franklin Cemetery. Visitation is from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 18, at the funeral home.
Mrs. Neal was born May 27, 1928, in Elbridge Township, the daughter of the late Frank L. and Pearl Herrington Good. She married Clem Brown, and he preceded her in death. She later married Jimmie Neal, and he preceded her in death.
She is survived by four children, Judy (Joe) Thagard of Stuart, Fla., Timothy (Jayne) Brown of Paris, Becky (Rusty) Krabel of Chrisman and Barbara (Brad) Prunkard of Sidell; six grandchildren; one step-grandson; four great-grandchildren; three step-great-grandchildren; stepson, Larry (Peggy) Neal of Paris; four step-grandchildren; six step-great-grandchildren; brother, Alva (Betty) Good of Paris; sisters-in-law, Pauline Good of Paris, Chris Porter of South Carolina and Carrie Neal of Chrisman; brother-in-law, Lester (Helen) Neal of Indiana; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by sister, Betty Lou, brothers, Roy, Andy, Bernard and Frank Good; grandson, Brett Krabel; and step-granddaughter, Shannon Bishop.
Mrs. Neal attended Redmon and Paris schools.
