
WEST TERRE HAUTE, IND. –Jacob Andrew “Jake” Cassady, 32, of West Terre Haute, Ind., and formerly of Paris, passed away Sunday, May 14, 2017. He was formerly employed at Toyota in Princeton, Ind.
No services are planned.
Mr. Cassady was born Sept. 29, 1984, at Mount Vernon, the son of Michael B. Cassady and Arlene E. Gutshall Cassady.
Surviving are his wife, Kristi; two daughters, KynLeigh Cassady and Kynadi Cassady; a stepson, Chase; his parents, Arlene (Steve) Brown of Paris and Michael (Hope) Cassady of Belton, Texas; four sisters, Jessica (Cedric) Savarese of Bloomington, Ind., Jeni Pike of Rosebud, Texas, Elizabeth Cassady of New Goshen, Ind., Kirsten (Israel) Badger of Temple, Texas ; a brother, Daniel Kraft of Denton, Texas; grandparents, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Micaela Cancilla.
Mr. Cassady was a graduate of Paris High School and Ivy Tech, where he received his certification in welding. He was a U.S. Army veteran and a member of the Putnam County Beard Club.
A talented woodworker, he enjoyed building lamps, playing computer games, fishing and running and most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family.
