Mary Jane Wilson, 71, of Kansas, passed away at 7 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 24, 2017, at Carle Hospital, Urbana. She was retired after working 16 years at Charles Industries, Marshall.
A service celebrating her life is 2 p.m. Monday, Aug. 28, at Templeton Funeral Home, Paris. Burial follows in Edgar Cemetery. Visitation is from noon until the service time Monday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Wilson was born Aug. 16, 1946, at Robinson, the daughter of the late Emery and Mary Williamson Graham. She married Raymond E. Wilson July 14, 1989, at Terre Haute, Ind., and he survives.
Other survivors include a son, Brad (Amanda) Totten of Vermilion; three stepdaughters, Renee Perry of Springfield, Kathy Wilson of Charleston and Sue Wilson of Charleston; three sisters, Beverly Campbell of Paris, Barbara Higgins of Paris and Linda Treadway of Marshall; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by an infant brother.
Mrs. Wilson was a member of the Oliver Church of Christ. She was strong in her faith and her commitment to God. She loved Elvis, doing crafts, watching Western movies, and above all else, her family.
